After weeks in a wheelchair, 14-year-old Amari was finally walking again—but with size 16 feet, his family couldn’t find or afford shoes that fit. That is, until believers like you stepped in.

Love INC of Clackamas County volunteers reached out to their network of church partners, and within 15 minutes, Cathy from Oak Hills Presbyterian Church agreed to walk alongside him. A few calls later, another member of her church was able to secure two brand-new pairs of Nike Air Force 1s.

Amari’s family didn’t just receive shoes. They received a reminder that God sees them, and that His people care.
